AfterShip Technical Support Terms

The Technical Support Terms form part of the AfterShip Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in the Technical Support Terms have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Use.
1. Service Levels
1.1. Website Users may benefit from the Service Level Agreement as further described in https://www.aftership.com/enterprise-sla provided they have subscribed to the applicable “Support Plan” as defined in the Documentation and on the Site here: https://www.aftership.com/pricing/support.
1.2. All Enterprise Users shall benefit from the Service Level Agreement described here: https://www.aftership.com/enterprise-sla.
2. Support Plans
2.1 Aside from the Service Levels, Users may benefit from additional support services as included in their respective Support Plan described here: https://www.aftership.com/pricing/support.
